Account and Data Deletion
You may unlink a third-party login at any time, or request deletion of your entire member account.
- Sign in, go to your Profile page and click Unlink under Sign-in methods. We delete the identifier, name and email that provider shared with us.
- Email sales@lunaria.tw from your registered address with the subject "Delete account" and state your registered email. We verify the request before acting on it.
- We complete deletion within 30 days of your request and confirm by email.
Transaction and accounting records we are legally required to keep (such as invoice data) are retained for the statutory period. All other personal data is deleted.
